- Refunds are available for subscription fees if requested within 14 days of purchase and if you have not excessively used the API (as determined by our fair use policy).
- To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for excessive API usage, one-time setup, or custom services are non-refundable.
